The room was stylish and nicely furnished, plus the bed was lovely. the setting was favorable, just next door to the 'Centro Comercial La Sirena' and the restaurant and bus line. - Highly efficient team with all Jet2 staff members.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a separate bathtub and shower in the half bathroom.

It was surely a very good stay for holidays too. The hotel had a stunning and fab position, to the “ castle ”-where you can climb to the top.

The staff here were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed 😊. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of!

the room was upgraded and neat with exceptionally comfortable beds and a big balcony and an iron. the bedroom was nice and every detail was perfect. the hotel's position was great and fab, in walking distance of the main clubs.

The English breakfast is a great bonus.

Had a really great stay on holiday & will be back. I was upgraded to a fabulous and absolutely gorgeous room with a terrace. Location - it was great and unbeatable, a bus station was close to the hotel. I found The Oyster & Caviar Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue

We had a really lovely stay on vacation with a neat and airy room, a large bathroom that we thoroughly enjoyed, a wonderful breakfast, and outstandingly accommodating and amazingly kind staff.

The location of the hotel was great! You didn't have long to go to the beach and in the surrounding area there were many restaurants and possibilities to get to know the nightlife of Ibiza. The pool area was beautifully designed and the pool bar was always worth a visit with its large selection of all-inclusive drinks. All in all the stay was fantastic and we will be happy to come back again.

Not enough deckchairs available. It is not easy to find an empty and clean table. Drinks at the morning buffet are served very slowly. The beach is very dirty and not good for swimming. Staff is not very motivated.

The breakfasts here are amazing and fantastic with a variety of well-cooked foods from different world cuisines that cater to everyone, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

The all inclusive rate was very reasonable and the food was quite good in the buffet

The front desk staff was slow, unhelpful and had no answers to simple questions. The room was spartan, in need of updating and never cleaned very well

The room we booked was upgraded and neat with the services offered at check in such as a complimentary drink, lovely fresh fluffy towels, as example.
